Qualification
 
• Male / Female aged 25 - 35 years old.
• Thai national only.
• Excellent written and spoken English. Confident in communicating with expat clients.
• Fluency in Thai is also required, and the ability to speak Japanese/Chinese is an asset.
• Driven, hardworking, honest and reliable.
• University educated.
• Must have own car and have good knowledge of Bangkok city road networks.
• Able to work under pressure with a cool, calm head.
• MINIMUM 2 years experience in real estate field, specific to Bangkok.

·Job Description

• Communicate with clients, understand their needs and able to match them to suitable properties.
• Arrange with landlords/sellers to view properties.
• Take clients out independently, in own vehicle to view properties.
• Negotiate with landlords/sellers.
• Close rental/sales deals.

Position II: Sales Manager

Qualification
 
• Male / Female aged 29 - 40 years old.
• University educated.
• Foreigners are welcome to apply.
• Excellent written and (flawless) spoken English. Confident in communicating with expat clients.
• Fluency in Thai is also required, and the ability to speak Japanese/Chinese is an asset.
• Experience managing sales agents and international clientele.
• Superb PR skills and enjoys meeting new people on a daily basis.
• Must have own car and have good knowledge of Bangkok city road networks.
• Must be familiar with the apartments, housing compounds and condos that are for rent/sale in Bangkok CBD.
• Substantial microsoft office knowledge
• Passionate about real estate and willing to work long hours and weekends.
• Patient and able to work under pressure with a cool, calm head.
• MINIMUM 3 years experience in real estate field, specific to Bangkok.

·Job Description

• Manage all sales staff under the leasing and sales department.
• Take high budget/VIP clients out, independently in own vehicle to view properties.
• Network with landlords/sellers to constantly ensure that we have the best properties Bangkok has to offer.
• Train and assist staff, helping them cope with daily issues and problems.
• Answering client emails daily, within 24 hours and making sure that staff do the same.
• Able to manage sales with minimal supervision and ensure profitablity.
• Close rental/sales deals.
