Major Development completed the construction of the Manhattan Chidlom condominium around early 2008. We are very familiar with this building as of the owners of our company has a unit there. We have also shown this remarkable building many times. It is extremely well managed by Century 21 management. It is well kept and maintenance is carried out properly and regularly.

About: The Manhattan Chidlom  is 34 stories high, 192 units consisting of 1 bedrooms up to 4 bedrooms and 2 story split level penthouses. The construction is solid and ,most units have balconies with very good views. There is a very nice 24 hour staff in lobby with security guards on premises.The lobby has ponds with Koi fish and fountains outside. The Manhattan Chidlom has great security with high wall. On one side is a highly trafficked water canal and the other is Petchuburi road.

Location : The Manhattan Chidlom location is one its outstanding features. Located next to the super shopping mall complex of Central World and the adjoining Paragon shopping in the area cannot be beat. Any restaurant from local foods to high end Japanese foods are all in the area, everything is within a 5 minute walk. Transportation is completely available from water taxi, bus stations and the BTS.

We have seen on various web sites  price evaluations of various buildings and wonder where they get their data. Real estate in Thailand does not have a listing service such as MLS where one can check comparable prices easily. So take those with a grain of salt. The Manhattan Chidlom based on units which were sold their is a steal. Our prediction is that this will not last long as the immediate area is growing as one of the most high end sections of Bangkok.
