Kyaik Ka San Condominium

In 2014, GK Archi (a reputable architectural company) was awarded the contract by real estate investors to create the architectural design of the Kyaik Ka San condominium. The condo is to be built by Yadanar Myaing Construction Co. Ltd. The real estate investors requested for an eco-friendly condo design with abundance of luxury in mind with intent to satisfy the demands of prospective high profile buyers.   Yadanar Myaing construction Co. Ltd is the brain behind the construction of classic projects such as Grand Sayarsan and  the Royal Garden. 

ABOUT 

The residential units of the condo are designed in a room type by brick partition. These will each include 3 bed rooms, a dining room, a living room and a Kitchen. 

The main entrance of each unit will flaunt a steal security door while the bathrooms and bed rooms will have PVC and timber doors respectively.  

 Yadanar Myaing construction Co. Ltd is making  sure of a top notch finishing for the Kyaik Ka San, which is why they’ll be using a skimmed coating with emulsion paint or sand and cement plaster for the walls of the dining rooms, bedrooms and living rooms. The floors of these shall be in cement and sand or skimmed plaster with emulsion paint. The bathroom floor will be made with imported ceramic floor tiles, same with the walls laid up full height and also fitted with toilet bowls and basin. 

LOCATION  

The Kyaik ka San condominium is located at at Tamwe, Yangon. It’s location will  serve the residents a lot of good as they will be able to have quick access to public transport stations such as Myittar Nyunt Railway Station, Tamwe Railway Station and Ma Hlwa Gone Railway Station. The closest hospitals to the condo include: Shwe Baho Hospital and Mingalar Veterinary Clinic. 

 The condo is very close to educational institutions such as B.E.P.S (26) Tamwe and the korean language training center.
