Colonial 3 bedroom house in peaceful compound

I have a really BIG thing for colonial houses, and none do it quite as well in this country that has never been colonised as this private compound, quietly tucked away in a laid-back, green soi right in the middle of Sukhumvit!

There are only 10 houses in this compound and every one has it’s own large garden, driveway and a view of the pool and playground. There is plenty of space for kids to play hide and seek (there is even a giant trampoline in the common garden) and even space to ride their bikes. Each house has 3 spacious bedrooms, a seperate guesthouse and staff quarters for 3 or more! There are 2 kitchens, one European and one Thai. A large patio to enjoy outdoor meals and tea, and parking for up to 3 cars. Absolutely stunning. One house available for rent, only!
